Dear Senior Service Provider:
The Senior Information Fair Committee extends to you a special invitation to reserve a
booth at the 21st annual Senior Information Fair (“SIF”), Thursday, Sept. 17th, 2020 from
9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The deadline for registration is June 30th, 2020 or when full capacity has been reached.
This fair is held at the Allen County Public Library at 900 Library Plaza in Fort Wayne.
The library offers plenty of exhibit space, visitor parking, seating, large outdoor patio
area (where we have a food tent), and easy drop off at the dock area on Washington Blvd.
for set-up the day before, and pick up at the end of our event on Ewing Street (west) entrance.
SIF draws more than 2,000 visitors each year; nearly half of which are first-time visitors.
There will be nearly 90 exhibitors, free health screenings, and speakers. This year’s
speaker sessions include: ….to be announced……..
SIF is planned and directed by community volunteers to secure the vision of enabling,
empowering and promoting safe and healthy living for senior adults. SIF is well organized
and publicized via TV, newspaper, web, and flyers.
TABLE TOP displays only. Limited 1 business per table.
Set-up is Wednesday, September 16, between 3:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Drop off at the dock area off Washington Blvd. Park and come in to set up your display.
Leave no valuables.
